The payment for the registration fee in only by bank transfer.
Bank transfer details will be provided in the invoice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received up to July 25, 2025 will receive a full refund, less a €100 administration fee.
Cancellations received from July 26 to September 05, 2025 will receive a 50% refund.
There will be no refunds for cancellations made after September 06, 2025.
