Presenter and Attendance Policy

The following rules apply to BEPU-2024 Conference:

a)  The Presenter shall be one of the co-authors of an accepted full paper and shall be registered to the conference either with a Basic, Full or Student Package;

b)  A Presenter registered as a Non-Student (either with Basic or Full Package Registration) can present (tentatively) at maximum two papers in the Oral Conference Sessions (OCS). In case the presenter has more than two accepted full papers, the additional paper(s) can be presented by the same Presenter at the Poster Sessions.

c)   A Presenter registered as a Student (either with a Student, Student Basic or Student Full Package Registration) can present (tentatively) one paper only in the Oral Student Sessions (OSS). In case the presenter has more than one accepted full paper, the additional paper(s) can be presented by the same Presenter at the Poster Sessions.

d)  If a paper is not presented at the Conference and if either one of the conditions a), b) or c) is not fulfilled, the paper will not be published in the official archival Proceedings.
