HOSTING EVENTS

Hosting a food event for all conference attendees is a fantastic networking opportunity that provides perfect exposure for your company. The Exclusive Full Sponsorship of the entire food event allows your company to enjoy exclusive recognition during the event, including your company’s name and logo on the conference website, on signage throughout the conference and in the printed program. Your company will also have the opportunity to make an opening remark and hang its banner during the reception as well as presenting an A/V presentation.

Welcome Reception (€ 15,000)

All registrants are invited to this social highlight.
Your company will receive three complimentary "attendance-package" conference registrations.

Authors’ Italian Breakfasts (€ 2,000 per breakfast or € 8,000 for all five breakfast events)

Each morning, authors who present a paper that day are invited to a continental breakfast. The sponsorship can be associated to each breakfast or to all five breakfast events.

Lunches (€ 8,000 per lunch or € 30,000 for all five lunch events)

Each day, lunches (60-minute) will be offered. The sponsorship can be associated to each lunch or to all five lunch events.
Your company will receive two complimentary "attendance-package" conference registrations per each sponsored lunch.

Refreshment Breaks (€ 5,000 per two-Breaks or € 20,000 for all Breaks)

Two times each day (in the morning and afternoon), conference attendees take a 30-minute break for refreshments. The sponsorship can be associated to each refreshment break or to all break events.
Your company will receive one complimentary "attendance-package" conference registration for the two sponsored refreshment breaks in the day.
