If you need an invitation letter to obtain your Visa, please send your request to the BEPU-2018 Organizing Committee (https://www.nineeng.com/bepu/index.php/contact) specifying your name, institution, postal address and providing a copy of your passport. Please notice that the conference secretariat will then issue the letter of invitation only if you have already registered to the conference.
